During a long walk in Mexico last year, I came across a beautiful field of wildflowers and found myself, for the first time, captivated by the profound significance of wildflowers in both nature and our lives.

Wildflowers, unlike carefully tended garden blooms, possess a remarkable resilience. They thrive in the most unlikely of places, breaking through concrete and gracing the landscapes beside mundane structures like gas stations or highways. Their ability to flourish in any environment is a testament to their strength and adaptability.

In that moment of reflection, I saw parallels between the resilience of wildflowers and the journey of personal and professional growth I had experienced. Like wildflowers, we often find ourselves in challenging circumstances, yet we can bloom and flourish despite the odds stacked against us.

Wildflowers embody authenticity. They grow untamed and unapologetically, embracing their unique beauty without conforming to societal norms. Similarly, in both our personal and professional lives, when we embrace our true selves and stay authentic to who we are we can thrive and make a meaningful impact.

This realization became the cornerstone of this practice’s design. I founded Keri Hope Co to infuse this ethos into everything we do. Just as wildflowers bring beauty to even the most unexpected places, I believe that any individual or organization has the potential to thrive, regardless of the circumstances they face.
